Drop the original export as-is. XLSX/XLS/CSV/TSV/TXT are accepted; sample IDs, replicate rows, depth, categories and units are detected automatically.

Automatic profile detection

Two tables placed side by side are split automatically.

Profile / section column has priority.

Separate Excel sheets are recognised.

If depth restarts, a new profile is created.

If counts match the images, P01, P02… are mapped automatically.

Element names and units are detected automatically: Fe, tFe, total Fe, Fe2O3, %, ppm, mg/kg, g/kg and numeric text.

Repeated Sample/ID rows are averaged automatically and reported; LOD/ND values stay missing, never zero.

Category/layer/horizon/group columns trigger PCA by category, boxplots, tests and post-hoc comparisons.
